Booties4Cuties Review!

Primary Range
This is a review for Booties4Cuties!
Her fabulous crocheted booties are a special and unique gift to a new little person in your world!

A few words from Emma:

''I think every person reaches a certain age and it seems that everyone around them is having babies. I know this happened to me (and still is)and to begin with I was stumped as to how to mark the occasion, especially as I was completely broke but wanted to give something both personal and special.
Traditional Range
I'd recently started to crochet and found it both soothing and almost addictive so turned my thoughts to how to utilize my new skill.
The reaction I got from giving these little pre-shoes to my nearest and dearest was fantastic and I thought that I would like to share that with you lovely people on Etsy.

I believe in colour; Its effect on how you feel and how exciting it is to see unusual combinations in places usually reserved for quite 'traditional' hues. My favourite at the moment is yellow and grey - I love it! (I also do a black bootie too!)
I believe the calming effect creating these little booties has on me almost transmits itself to those who look at them - but I'll let you decide for yourself!''

Emma from Booties4Cuties has the environment in mind when making her fabulous booties. The thought of damaging the world that a baby is coming into is too awful for her so she makes sure all her packaging is recyclable or is suitable to be kept. The box they come in could be utilised to display the booties in once the baby has outgrown them, for example.
She also donates 5% of her proceeds to Rainforest Concern and she is almost halfway to sponsoring her first acre!

There is a new design being launched on 28th February 2011. This will join the 'Traditional', 'Sneaker' and 'Primary' designs all ready out there.

Booties4Cuties is a new business but already is very well displayed and Emmas work is gorgeous! It is important to her that every item she makes is received with such positivity and will be part of the beginning of a new life- that is a special achievement with a handmade item .

You can find her gorgeous items online and in independent shops in the Manchester area with a few more stockists in the pipeline further afield.

  1. I very strongly agree about crochet (and knitting) being calming and theraputic to do and those booties are so pretty too
